The Bevel Box Mounting Kit

An all aluminium, machined from billet, set of mountings giving increased rigidity - less vibration and banging in the drive train plus a 6.3Kg weight reduction. Fitted here or available as a DIY kit - mail order

The Centa Coupling Up-grade Kits.

Recent failures of the Crankshaft spline / hub assembly have caused me to revert to my original technique of hand fitting each hub to the shaft in my Lancaster workshops.

The Chain Drive Conversion Kit

Installed either with a one piece final drive sprocket giving the original drive ratio or a two piece sprocket allowing for ratio changes both up and down.

The rear wheel chain sprocket will give an unsprung weight reduction of almost 8 Kg compared to the original steel belt sprocket.

Chains fitted are Tsubaki x ring sealed chains available anywhere in the world and can be replaced by any motorbike workshop in a matter of minutes.

Engine Rebuilding

I am able to carry out full engine rebuilds including repairs to crankshafts and cylinder heads.

Engine spares are becoming increasingly difficult to source and I am constantly working to have more spares available on the shelf here in Lancaster.

In Depth Servicing

Servicing of any of the following :-
Cam belt checks and replacements.
Crankshaft pinion bolt check and upgrade
Swinging arm bearings - rear wheel bearing, rear brake lining and slave cylinder check,
replacing where necessary.
Brake servicing including fluid changes.
I keep a stock of bearings, seals, brake parts, cam belts, etc.

Heavy Duty Timing Belt Idler Rollers

A pair of timing belt idlers running on positively located, double row, angular contact bearings.

Engine Gaskets
I have the following engine gaskets and seals available :-
There are still some items that I do not have in stock so I do not list a complete "gasket kit"

The standard OEM cam chest gasket comes with a silk screen printed silicone strip to better seal the high pressure oil feed supply groove to the tappets, the tooling for this is beyond the budget of a small business like mine so I recommend the use of loctite 5990 on my plain, non asbestos fibre gasket.

REFURBISHED CYLINDER HEADS
